The villa occupies a fully fenced, private plot with greenery, a lawn, sun loungers and a porch with a barbecue. The private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 metres and is 0.9–1.9 metres deep. An outdoor bathroom includes a shower.
The interior is arranged over two floors. Downstairs are a rustic-style living and dining room, an equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob and microwave, two twin bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are a lounge with a Smart TV and music facilities, a third twin bedroom, a double bedroom and another full bathroom with a shower. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, and a cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.
