## About the house

The updated condo sleeps five and has a private ocean-facing lanai. The living space includes a sofa, smart TV, satellite or cable TV, and free internet. Central air conditioning runs throughout, and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has lanai access and a full bathroom nearby; the second bedroom is served by the second full bathroom. Both bathrooms have fresh towels, and a bathtub is available.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and utensils, with a dining area. A washer, dryer, iron, hair dryer, shampoo and linens are provided. Beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available.

Shared facilities include a community pool, garden and ground-level BBQ grills. The building has an elevator, and the condo has outdoor seating and free parking. The rooftop area is temporarily closed due to inclement weather, with no reopening date.

Sugar Beach extends along the shoreline for long, flat walks. Ma'alaea Harbor and the aquarium are a short drive away, with shops and restaurants in central Kihei in the other direction. Humpback whales may be watched offshore from the lanai from December into April. A car is recommended.
