The house

The condo occupies a central position in the building with unobstructed ocean views from its lanai. Remodeled throughout in 2022, it has updated furniture, paint, carpet and a renovated bathroom. The lanai has a table for two and a wicker sofa, with views across the channel toward West Maui.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a TV and access to the bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The living area has a queen sofa sleeper beside the lanai. Central air conditioning runs throughout, and an in-unit washer and dryer are provided.

The kitchen includes a full-size range, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and utensils, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, television with satellite or cable, linens, a hair dryer and an iron are available. Beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided.

Shared facilities include a community pool, oceanfront grills and picnic tables. Monsoon Bar & Grill is on the property. The rooftop deck is temporarily closed due to inclement weather, with no reopening date; ground-level BBQ grills remain available. An elevator serves all floors. Kalepolepo Beach Park is a short walk from the building, and a car is recommended.
