The home accommodates up to 12 guests and has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The bedroom layout includes a queen ensuite with a standing shower, a queen bedroom with deck access, two bedrooms each with a twin-over-twin bunk set and a separate twin bed, and a king ensuite with a standing shower and whirlpool tub. A separate full bathroom has a standing shower.

The open-plan living area includes a furnished living room, a modern kitchen with a spacious island, and a dining room seating ten. A breakfast table has ocean views through sliding doors beside the sun deck, which has a dining table and four Adirondack chairs. The ship’s watch offers sunrise and ocean views. Covered decks, a swing chair, a patio, a private outdoor pool and a hot tub provide additional outdoor spaces.

Kitchen equipment includes a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Bath towels, bed linens, pillows and blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer are provided. Other facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a charcoal grill, basketball hoop, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. The home has municipal water and keyless entry.

Private outdoor pool with gated access, size advertised as 11 × 24. Standard opening dates are April 26–October 10, 2026, and April 25–October 9, 2027. Optional extended opening dates are April 12–October 17, 2026, and April 18–October 16, 2027. The fee to extend pool dates is $100 plus tax per week.

The home is oceanside, steps from the beach and a stroll from Duck Village. Beach access is via Ocean Dunes Beach Access. Parking is limited to four vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.

No smoking. No pets allowed. Sunday check-in and checkout. Early check-in is available in limited quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
