Memishi accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms. Downstairs are a living area with a three-seater couch and TV, three bedrooms, a laundry with washer and dryer, and a bathroom with a stone bath, shower and toilet. A back courtyard provides outdoor space. Upstairs are an open-plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a butler's pantry, a gas flame fire, a separate toilet and an ocean-view deck with a BBQ and outdoor furniture.

The dining table seats six. The upstairs master bedroom has ocean views towards Marengo, a TV, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. Central heating and cooling, linen, hot water and smoke detection are provided. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove and toaster.
