House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, with proof of age required. Pets are not allowed. Outdoor music is prohibited, and indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00–22:00.

Downtown Palm Springs is 1.5 miles west, Palm Springs International Airport is one mile east, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is eight miles west.
