The house

The furnished home occupies a secluded second-row setting within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. The ground floor has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining layout, heated wooden floors and a remote-controlled gas fireplace. Entertainment includes SONOS audio, built-in radios and six televisions. The kitchen has a BORA double induction hob with separate wok and teppanyaki stations, integrated extraction, a wine refrigerator, a refrigerator with ice cubes, a steam-function oven, microwave and Thermomix. Four bathrooms include a lower-ground wellness bathroom with sauna and a multifunction shower with waterfall, Kneipp hose, rain shower and handheld shower. The upper-floor master bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub and large shower. The upper-floor master bedroom has a retractable television and walk-in wardrobe. Two lower-ground bedrooms each have a box-spring double bed. The garden has two large terraces facing northeast and southwest, with two beach chairs and GARPA outdoor furniture during the season. A large garden shed provides storage for bicycles, surfboards and beach toys. An electric-vehicle connection is available with use included.
