House rules
Bring your own linen; linen hire is available. Pets are strictly prohibited. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed otherwise in advance, stays are for private residential use and only for the number of guests on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management of any changes. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Additional cleaning charges may apply for fireplace use.
Getting there
The main beach is a short walk away. Shops, cafes and restaurants are nearby. The Anglesea River is close by, with fishing, walking tracks, bike tracks and running paths. Parking is limited to one car space.
