Suites Ik, Imix, Ahau and Kan face the lagoon; Oc and Muluk face the jungle. Suite Ik has a private balcony pool; Suite Imix has a jacuzzi. Suite Ahau has no pool or jacuzzi. Suite Muluk has two double beds and is described as suitable for up to four people. The hotel has direct access to the Laguna de los Siete Colores via its pier, with swings over the water.
