The hotel has 18 private luxury suites and the Mutota Forest Villa, which sleeps up to six. Suites have a lounge area, a spacious bedroom, a separate bathroom and a veranda. The suites are arranged across the forest estate, including paired suites and family-friendly groups of four. Reception is available at the reception terrace, lounge or in a guest suite; guests can walk to their suite through the forest or be escorted by golf cart. Dining is available on the dining terrace, in the bar courtyard, indoor lounge or by a suite.
A dedicated kosher section has standalone sinks, a separate stove, oven and refrigerators. A Mashgiach can be arranged at additional cost; a daily kosher surcharge and one-time flat kosher fee may apply. Day trips to the Jewish Museum in Livingstone can be arranged for an extra charge. The hotel is 4 km from Victoria Falls.
