Maximus Resort is a four-star hotel in the Podkomorské Forests, close to the Brno Reservoir. The hotel offers several room categories, dining, wellness and spa facilities, beauty treatments, and sports activities. Room categories include Deluxe Premium, Suite 302/304/305, Deluxe, Deluxe Plus, Classic Plus, Executive Suite, Junior Suite, and Deluxe Exclusive. Deluxe Premium rooms have a terrace and a bathtub with a view; Suites 302, 304 and 305 have a balcony and views of the reservoir or wellness area; some Deluxe rooms can be connected; Deluxe Plus rooms accommodate two people with an extra-bed option; Classic Plus rooms have a terrace; Executive Suite accommodates four people and has two separate bedrooms; Deluxe Exclusive has a private balcony. The hotel applies feng shui principles in its design.

Pets allowed: Yes · Dogs are allowed for CZK 600/night for a dog up to 15 kg or CZK 1,000/night for a larger dog. Animals are not permitted in the restaurant or wellness area for hygiene reasons.

The hotel is close to the Brno Reservoir. A port a few steps from the hotel provides sightseeing boat trips. A temporary road diversion via Kníničky and past the zoo is announced from September 29, 2026.

Dogs are permitted subject to the nightly fees and weight limits; animals cannot enter the restaurant or wellness area. Free cancellation is available up to three days before arrival; cancellations later than 72 hours before arrival incur a fee equal to the full price of the booked stay. Late check-out is available for an additional charge: CZK 500 until 14:00 or CZK 1,000 until 16:00.

## When are check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is from 11:00. Late departure is available for an extra charge of CZK 500 until 14:00 or CZK 1,000 until 16:00.

## What are the cancellation conditions?
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to three days before arrival. Any prepaid amount can be used for another stay. If you cancel later than 72 hours before arrival, the cancellation fee is the full price of the booked stay.

## Can I bring a dog?
Dogs are permitted for CZK 600 per night for a smaller dog up to 15 kg, or CZK 1,000 per night for a larger dog. For hygiene reasons, animals are not permitted in the restaurant or wellness area.

## How can I use an Amazing Places voucher?
Make a binding written reservation that includes your agreement to use the voucher, your name, email address, stay dates, and the voucher's unique code. Confirmation of voucher use will be sent to the email address provided.
