The house

This top-floor residence has nearly 2,000 square feet of living space, vaulted ceilings, mahogany details and stone flooring. The great room has expansive windows and sliding doors to a covered lanai with sunset, ocean, palm and fishpond views. The lanai includes a built-in wet bar, and every bedroom opens to a private lanai.

The upgraded kitchen has stone counters, custom cabinetry, stainless appliances and a wine fridge, with an adjoining dining area. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and utensils.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceilings and an ensuite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed, and Guest Bedroom 3 has an ensuite. All three bedrooms have ocean views, central air conditioning, ceiling fans and lanai access. All three bathrooms have modernized stone finishes and walk-in showers; the primary bathroom has dual sinks.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a stereo, washer and dryer, linens, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Guests have access to the shared oceanfront Mauna Lani Terrace pool, community hot tub, sauna and walking paths through the historic fishponds.

Mauna Lani Beach Club, fishpond paths, oceanfront trails, Canoe House, Bay Terrace and the Shops at Mauna Lani are within walking distance. Hapuna Beach and Anaehoomalu Bay are a short drive away. Auberge activities and excursions are available to visitors, but its hotel pool and hotel amenities are reserved for resort guests. Beach equipment rentals and resort golf and pickleball access carry additional charges.
