This top-floor residence has nearly 2,000 square feet of living space, vaulted ceilings, mahogany details and stone flooring. The great room has expansive windows and sliding doors to a covered lanai with sunset, ocean, palm and fishpond views. The lanai includes a built-in wet bar, and every bedroom opens to a private lanai.

The upgraded kitchen has stone counters, custom cabinetry, stainless appliances and a wine fridge, with an adjoining dining area. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and utensils.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceilings and an ensuite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed, and Guest Bedroom 3 has an ensuite. All three bedrooms have ocean views, central air conditioning, ceiling fans and lanai access. All three bathrooms have modernized stone finishes and walk-in showers; the primary bathroom has dual sinks.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a stereo, washer and dryer, linens, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Guests have access to the shared oceanfront Mauna Lani Terrace pool, community hot tub, sauna and walking paths through the historic fishponds.
