The open-concept living and dining area has vaulted ceilings, Cumaru wood flooring, island art, lounge seating and garden-facing windows. Floor-to-ceiling pocket doors open onto a private shaded lanai with seating, a grill and a landscaped yard. The kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinetry, a central island, stainless-steel appliances and a wine fridge, plus a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher utensils, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, rice cooker and ice machine.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, garden views, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, garden views and an ensuite bathroom upstairs with a shower/tub combination. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, garden views and an adjacent full bathroom. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans extend throughout the villa.

Guests have access to shared KaMilo facilities including a lagoon-style family pool, an adult lap pool, hot tub, fitness center, spa facilities, BBQ pavilion and community green space. Resort shops, grocery shopping, restaurants, bar, golf access and pickleball court access carry additional charges.

The villa includes Wi-Fi, a smart TV with satellite or cable service, a washer and dryer, linens, shampoo and a hair dryer.
