The home has a vaulted great room with comfortable seating and a Sony Smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV. Large sliding doors open onto a covered lanai with lounge seating and a BBQ grill, beside a private yard. The dining area seats six. Automated lighting, smart climate controls and a whole-home interior and exterior sound system are provided.

The kitchen includes stainless appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, ice machine and wine fridge, along with cookware, dishes, utensils and bar seating.

There are three bedrooms, each with central air conditioning, lanai access and mountain views. The primary bedroom has an ensuite with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and dual sinks.

Guests have access to KaMilo’s shared 2-acre recreation center with two pools, two spas, a fitness center, an open-air gathering hale and an event lawn. Beach chairs, towels, snorkel sets, boogie boards and a paddle board are provided; additional beach-equipment rentals are available for a charge.

Other facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, USB charging, keyless entry, linens, a hair dryer, an iron, toys, a DVD player, satellite or cable TV, and a printer/scanner/fax. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided.

The Shops at Mauna Lani, including dining, coffee, boutiques, services and grocery shopping, are within walking distance. Mauna Lani Beach Club, Hapuna Beach, Kiholo Bay and Waikoloa Beach Resort shopping and dining are a short drive away. Resort golf and pickleball court access carry additional charges.
