The house

The home has 2,500 square feet of indoor living space, a great room with vaulted GrassCloth ceilings and mahogany trim, and screened pocket doors opening onto an expansive lanai. The lanai overlooks the fairway and sunsets, with distant Pacific views, a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table. The private fenced yard contains a pool, hot tub, tropical landscaping and lounge chairs.

The kitchen has a granite island with bar seating, stainless steel appliances and abundant cabinetry. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, crockpot, ice machine and wine fridge. The indoor dining table seats six to eight.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, lanai access, garden and golf views, a walk-in closet and an ensuite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. Guest Bedroom 1 has a king bed and lanai access; Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, lanai access, and garden and golf views. All three bedrooms have central air conditioning, ceiling fans and flatscreen TVs. A downstairs family room has a TV and sofa bed for additional guests. A washer and dryer are available.

Guests have access to KaMilo’s two-acre community amenity center, including a lagoon-style pool, lap pool, hot tubs and fitness center. Beach towels, chairs, mats, an umbrella and a cooler are available. Mauna Lani Shops, with dining, coffee, boutiques and local services, are a short walk away. Resort golf and pickleball access carry additional charges.
