The house

The home offers 2,491 square feet of indoor-outdoor living. The open-concept great room has vaulted ceilings, wide sliding doors and an 87-inch TV; the dining table seats eight. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, an island with bar seating, a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, ice machine, blender and kitchen utensils. A BBQ is also available.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, pool views and private lanai access. Guest Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and shared bathroom access. Guest Bedroom 3 has a king bed, pool views and convenient access to a shared bathroom. Guest Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and shared bathroom access. All four bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans. The three bathrooms include the primary ensuite, a guest shared bathroom and an upstairs bathroom.

The private lanai provides space for poolside lounging and outdoor dining with fairway views. The home has a private pool and spa, a private yard, garden and outdoor shower. Guests also have access to the KaMilo community pool, spa/hot tub and fitness center.

An interior elevator lift, a chair lift at the front entry steps, and a pool and spa lift provide assisted access. The property is not ADA compliant. Other conveniences include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, starter essentials, a garage and free parking. A six-person golf cart is included for exploring the community. Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided; beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Neighborhood paths and golf course surroundings are just outside the home. Beaches, dining, shopping and outdoor activities in the Mauna Lani and Kohala Coast area are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Self check-in and self check-out are available, with 24-hour check-in advertised. Security cameras are present.
