## About the house

The open-plan great room has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, large glass doors, sectional seating and an eight-seat dining table. The kitchen includes stone counters, stainless appliances, a six-burner gas range, a four-seat island, cookware and a walk-in pantry. Additional equipment includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, blender, wine fridge, rice cooker and crockpot.

There are two primary suites, one upstairs and one downstairs, each with a king bed and its own lanai. The upstairs suite has a soaking tub and walk-in shower; the downstairs suite has dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Two additional guest bedrooms are downstairs and use a shared full bathroom. There is also an upstairs powder room.

The upper lanai overlooks the fairway, Kohala Coast and distant Maui peaks. A shaded downstairs lounge opens to the lawn, and a built-in stainless BBQ provides outdoor cooking space. Central air conditioning serves every room. Smart TVs, a full laundry room, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, toys, a high chair and a pack-and-play are available.

Guests have key-card access to the shared KaMilo Recreation Center, with an adult lap pool, family lagoon pool and splash pad, hot tub, fitness center and BBQ cabana. Mauna Lani Resort also offers two championship golf courses, dining, a spa and walking trails. Golf, pickleball access, shopping, groceries, restaurants, bars and beach-equipment rentals carry additional charges.
