The house

The villa offers 1,819 square feet of living space for up to six guests. Vaulted ceilings and expansive windows surround an open-concept living and dining area. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops, modern appliances, wood cabinetry and bar seating, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker and ice machine. A private lanai provides shaded outdoor dining and a built-in BBQ.

The primary bedroom has a California king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, while Guest Bedroom 3 has a king bed and uses a shared bathroom. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans, central air conditioning, lanai access and mountain views.

Guests have access to a community pool and spa. The villa includes high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning throughout, a washer and dryer, a garage and free parking. Beach towels, chairs, a cooler and an umbrella are provided; additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge. Other amenities include a fitness room, television, DVD player and satellite or cable TV.

Mauna Lani Beach Club offers exclusive beach access and is within walking distance, along with resort shops, restaurants and scenic walking and hiking trails. Kohala Coast beaches, snorkeling and water sports are a short drive away. Mauna Lani Resort golf course and pickleball court access incur charges, as do resort shops, groceries, restaurants and bar services. A property management team is available throughout the stay.
