The house

The villa sleeps six and has an open living and dining area with high ceilings, a sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV. Sliding doors lead to a covered lanai with outdoor dining, sunshades, a built-in BBQ and fairway views. Updates include paint, vinyl flooring, carpets and air conditioning.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender and utensils. All bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, central AC, private lanai access and an ensuite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. Each guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV, AC and ceiling fan. The shared guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination, and a powder room is on the main floor.

Central AC runs throughout. A washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, secure wall safe, retractable screen front door, linens, beach towels, beach gear and household starter amenities are provided. There is a private garage and additional driveway parking. Entertainment includes smart TV and satellite or cable TV. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit and fire extinguisher.

Shared facilities include a waterfall swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, tropical landscaping and walking paths. Mauna Lani Beach Club access and private parking there are included, with snorkeling and oceanside dining available. Resort fitness center, golf, tennis and pickleball access are marked as chargeable; resort shops, grocery, restaurants and bar also carry charges.

Mauna Lani Beach Club, historic fishponds and oceanfront walking trails are a walk or short drive away. Shops at Mauna Lani are minutes away, and the Francis H. I‘i Brown Championship Golf Courses are within the resort. Hapuna Beach, Mauna Kea Beach and A-Bay are a short drive away. Waikoloa Beach Resort offers Kings’ Shops, Queens’ Marketplace, dining and a cinema.
