The open-plan living and dining area has vaulted ceilings, a sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV with satellite or cable service. Sliding doors lead to a covered private lanai with a dining set, built-in BBQ and fairway views. The kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking essentials, coffee maker, espresso machine, grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker and food processor.

Both bedrooms are upstairs and have king beds and en-suite bathrooms. The primary suite has a Jacuzzi soaking tub, glass walk-in shower, dual sinks, a private balcony and a large work desk. The guest suite has a tub/shower combination and garden views. A powder room is also available.
