The kitchen includes professional appliances, a large island, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee equipment, food processor, rice cooker, juicer, mixer, ice machine and wine fridge. An outdoor kitchen and barbecue complement oceanview alfresco dining for twelve. Four air-conditioned bedrooms have ceiling fans, lanais and ensuite bathrooms with separate vanities, indoor showers and soaking tubs. The elevated primary suite has ocean views and a private mountain-view bath patio. Guest suites have ocean and pool views and outdoor garden showers. Additional bathroom spaces include a front hallway shower room, a second-floor hallway guest bathroom and a powder room off the living room. Outdoor facilities include a private heated 25-meter infinity pool, multiple wading pools with a soft sand-bottom splash zone, a heated spa, shaded lounges, garden seating, daybeds and a private landscaped yard.
