The open-plan great room has vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, wide-plank flooring, a sectional and a dining area with garden views. Sliding glass doors open onto a private covered lanai for outdoor dining. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless appliances, a refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, toaster, blender, rice cooker and cooking essentials. A breakfast nook and dry bar provide additional gathering space.
There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, garden views and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with modern tilework and a rainfall shower. The third bedroom has a designated private entrance, storage and an adjacent full bathroom.
Central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart television and satellite or cable television are provided. Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and a cooler are available, and a Pack ’n Play is available upon request. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
The Mauna Kai community has a shared pool with shaded loungers, BBQ stations and tropical pathways. The home also has a private yard, private entrance and free on-site parking. Princeville Shopping Center, the Westin Resort, dining and the scenic trail to Anini Beach are within walking distance.
