## About the house

The open-plan great room has vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, wide-plank flooring, a sectional and a dining area with garden views. Sliding glass doors open onto a private covered lanai for outdoor dining. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless appliances, a refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, toaster, blender, rice cooker and cooking essentials. A breakfast nook and dry bar provide additional gathering space.

There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, garden views and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with modern tilework and a rainfall shower. The third bedroom has a designated private entrance, storage and an adjacent full bathroom.

Central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart television and satellite or cable television are provided. Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and a cooler are available, and a Pack ’n Play is available upon request. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

The Mauna Kai community has a shared pool with shaded loungers, BBQ stations and tropical pathways. The home also has a private yard, private entrance and free on-site parking. Princeville Shopping Center, the Westin Resort, dining and the scenic trail to Anini Beach are within walking distance. Hanalei Bay, Queen’s Bath, Princeville Golf Course, local farmers markets and the Napali Coast lookout are a short drive away.
