The house

The condo sleeps four, with a king bed in the primary bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom has garden views, direct access to a private lanai, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower is off the living area. Full air conditioning, ceiling fans, and an in-unit washer and dryer are provided.

The kitchen has quartz counters, bamboo cabinetry, stainless appliances, a range, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and dishes and utensils. Two stools sit at the kitchen bar, and the indoor dining table seats four. The bedroom lanai has two wicker chairs and a small table, screened by croton and ti plants. The larger living-room lanai has an outdoor dining table for four beside the garden lawn.

Shared grounds include two pools, one with a waterfall and rock grotto, two hot tubs, a tennis court, and gas grills beside a covered pergola. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are provided. The condo also has Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, smart television, satellite or cable television, linens, a hair dryer, and an iron.

Kamaole Beach Park III is directly across the street. Kihei restaurants and shops are a short drive away. Free parking is available, and a car is recommended. The condo has a private entrance and ground-floor entry without stairs.
