## About the house

An extra-large lanai stretches across the front of the condo, with ocean views and outdoor seating. Air conditioning runs throughout. The primary bedroom has a king bed, split air conditioning, a ceiling fan, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom. The living room has a sofa sleeper, served by a second full bathroom. Both bathrooms are remodeled.

The fully stocked kitchen has granite counters, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and dishes and utensils. There is a dining area, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, Ethernet connection, and smart television with satellite or cable TV. Linens, beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided.

Shared grounds include gardens, two heated pools, two hot tubs, a tennis court and BBQ grills. Covered parking in the complex garage is free. An elevator runs from the entrance to the third floor.

Kamaole II Beach Park is directly across South Kihei Road and has lifeguards, showers and reef snorkeling at either end. Kamaole I and III are a short walk away, and restaurants, coffee and shave ice in Kihei are within walking distance. Wailea's resorts and golf are a short drive south; Kahului Airport (OGG) is the main gateway to the north.
