The house

The home offers exclusive use of five acres throughout a 30-day rental period. An open living area has comfortable seating, natural light and a queen sleeper sofa. Indoor and outdoor dining areas overlook the mountains or ocean. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom; the guest bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The bunk room has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. These sleeping rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are three full bathrooms, including a downstairs bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen has two refrigerators, a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, toaster oven, rice cooker and ice machine. An outdoor BBQ and multiple seating areas provide additional dining options. Dual washer and dryer units are available.

The tropical grounds include wide lawns, a children's treehouse, a private yard, outdoor seating and a lanai or balcony. Two horses live on the property. Other facilities include an outdoor shower, smart television, satellite or cable television, and a ping-pong table. Beach equipment includes towels, chairs, boogie boards, mats, an umbrella, a beach bag and coolers. Linens, extra bedding and a Pack and Play are available.

The beach is a five-minute walk away. Kualoa Ranch is minutes away, and Brigham Young University–Hawaiʻi is a 10-minute drive away. Guided temple tours and complimentary horse connections nearby are offered. Monthly rentals provide exclusive use for the entire 30-day period, with no prorated stays.
