The house has an outdoor entrance area for relaxing. On the ground floor, a living room with Smart TV is separate from the dining room. The equipped gas kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, citrus juicer, crockery and tea towels. A full bathroom with a bathtub is also on this floor.
All three bedrooms are on the first floor: two have a double bed each, and the third has two single sleeping places in a trundle-bed arrangement. A second bathroom has a shower. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and towels are provided, and free Wi-Fi is available. Recycling bins are provided for paper, plastic, organic waste and glass; water-saving measures include a water-efficient toilet and towel reuse.
Artà’s historic centre has cobbled streets and cafés, with the Sanctuary of Sant Salvador nearby. Llevant Natural Park offers hiking and cycling routes. Cala Mitjana and Cala Mesquida beaches are approximately a 15–20 minute drive away. Capdepera Golf is 5.1 km away, and Canyamel Golf is also in the area.
