## About the house

The open-plan studio has a double bed for two and a double sofa bed with a deep sprung mattress, with a wall divider between the beds. There is one bathroom, a dining table for four and a large swivelling Smart TV that can face either the lounge or the main bed for streaming shows. Bed linen is provided.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, kettle, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, cookware, dishes and silverware. Guests have exclusive access to the apartment.

The apartment is above a bar with a live singer, close to other nightlife venues. Noise can be loud in the afternoons and evenings, and pubs emptying bins may be audible early in the morning. CCTV is present in the building. The balcony is locked and cannot be accessed for health and safety reasons.

The Cavern Club is a two-minute walk away. Castle Street is five minutes away, and Liverpool One and the Metquarter are nearby. Moorfields, Liverpool Central, Liverpool Lime Street and the main bus station at Liverpool One are described as within a five-to-ten-minute walk. Taxis cannot access the immediate area. There is no on-site parking; nearby car parks include Victoria Street and NCP at Hackins Hey/Tempest Hey, within a ten-minute walk.

Respect other residents in the building. No large groups under the age of 21. Parties and events are not permitted; quiet hen or stag stays require prior review. Guests will be charged £100 if there are signs of smoking at the property. Lost fobs cost £50 per fob. Collecting keys before 15:00 is forbidden unless arranged in advance; unauthorised early collection is subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof. The same charge applies to returning keys after the 10:00 check-out time. Balcony access is prohibited.
