The house

The home accommodates up to six guests and has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a half bathroom. The living room has vaulted ceilings, skylights, hardwood floors, a sectional sofa, a gas fireplace and a smart TV. The island kitchen includes cookware, stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender and drip coffee maker, with four stools at the island. A Sonos sound system serves the home; Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Two bedrooms are upstairs, with a king bed and a queen bed respectively. The main-floor king bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom, streaming TV, closet and balcony/deck. An additional enclosed upstairs sleeping room has a sofa bed, desk, computer, closet and balcony overlooking the backyard. All four sleeping spaces have air conditioning. The upstairs full bathroom has a shower/tub combination; the main floor has a half bathroom and the ensuite full bathroom with shower/tub combination; the lower-level full bathroom has a shower.

Sliding doors open to a private backyard and an uncovered deck with a gas grill, patio table, chairs and loungers. Outdoor facilities include a fenced, heated private pool, hot tub, wood-burning fire pit and hot-and-cold outdoor shower. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, cooler and paddle board are available. The estimated interior area is 2,150 square feet.

Gardiners Bay is 500 yards away and Cedar Point County Park is less than a mile away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
