The villa occupies two separate floors that are not internally connected. It has traditional Puglian features including vaulted ceilings, original stone and whitewashed walls, plus a 6,000 sq m garden with lawns, stone paths and olive trees. A covered portico provides shaded outdoor dining and seating, and the furnished first-floor terrace has countryside views. The laundry room is in a nearby annex.
