The villa is in the countryside of Ostuni, approximately 4 km from Ostuni and 16 km from Torre Pozzelle beach. The listed beaches and nearby destinations are reachable by car. Access roads are paved country roads. Parking is within the property for four cars.

Parties and events are forbidden without prior written authorization. Visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are not permitted without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
