The house

The newly furnished apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. A fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, towels and bedlinen are provided. The apartment and its equipment are described as brand new.

The apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator, on Rue Sacha Guitry behind Galeries Lafayette near Place Masséna. Shops, patisseries, cafés and restaurants are in the neighbourhood. Public transport is a few minutes’ walk away, and nearby underground parking is chargeable. The beaches are advertised as five minutes away.

Breakfast, brunch and all-day access to a gym just below the apartment can be booked. Additional services include luggage storage, a private driver, children’s equipment and activities. An optional baby cot carries a supplement of E15 and requires at least 48 hours’ advance notice.

Self check-in is available from 15:00, with checkout at 10:00. A security deposit of 600 Euro is required upon arrival. Pets, parties and smoking are not allowed.
