House rules
Four guests sleep in the bedrooms; one additional guest can sleep on the living-area sofa bed, for a maximum of five. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. A damage deposit of 150.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.

The apartment is on the ground floor. Canyamel Beach is 250 metres away and can be reached on foot. The bus stop is 35 metres away; a supermarket and pharmacy are 190 metres away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 72.6 km away, Manacor train station 27.2 km away, Puerto de Alcúdia ferry port 43.3 km away and Hospital de Manacor 25.6 km away. There is no property parking.
