House rules
Four guests can stay in the bedrooms; one additional guest can sleep on the sofa bed, for a maximum of five. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 150.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor of a building without a lift. Canyamel Beach is 250 metres away.
