House rules
Four guests can stay in the bedrooms; one additional guest can use a sofa bed, for a maximum of five. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A damage deposit of 150.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.
