House rules
Four guests can stay in the bedrooms, with one additional guest on the sofa bed, for a maximum of five. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 150.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day; guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.
