House rules
The apartment accommodates four guests, with one additional guest on a prepared sofa-bed, for a maximum of five. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 150.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
Getting there
Canyamel Beach is 250 metres away, a short walk from the apartment. There is no private beach access. The apartment is on the first floor with no lift.
