## About the house

The first-floor apartment has a terrace overlooking the streets of Canyamel and an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with satellite television. Cooling-only air conditioning serves the living area and both bedrooms. There is no lift.

Each bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. A sofa-bed can be prepared for a fifth guest. The bathroom has a bath, and a baby cot and high chair are available on request.

The basic kitchen includes an electric cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, crockery, citrus squeezer and tea towels. Free Wi-Fi, towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided. There is no washing machine or iron, and there is no swimming pool.

The apartment accommodates four guests, with one additional guest on a prepared sofa-bed, for a maximum of five. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 150.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
