Masbro Road II is a 95 sqm family home spread over three floors, close to underground stations and transport links, with Holland Park nearby. The living area has comfortable furnishings, artwork and an ornamental fireplace.

The kitchen has a glass roof, a breakfast bar and a small dining area. Sliding glass doors lead to a private garden with outdoor dining and a BBQ. Kitchen equipment includes a hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

The primary bedroom has a super-king-size bed and a small office area. The third bedroom has a king-size bed with restricted access on one side and is not pictured in the gallery. The second and third bedrooms are on the second floor.

Facilities include a bathtub, shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, television, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. A high chair is available on request. Fans are provided in every bedroom from May to September; please request fans for stays outside this period. There is no air-conditioning.

Babies, toddlers and children are welcome. The home has adult-themed artwork, and noise from the neighbouring pub can be noticeable, especially on summer evenings until 22:00.
