Before you book
House rules
The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an 80€ surcharge applies to cover extra domestic-service charges, including water, electricity and gas, in cases of non-responsible use. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A mandatory tourist tax of 2€/person/day is included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor. Keys must be collected at the Welcome Centre in Lisbon.
