The house

The house has a main terrace for outdoor meals with two sun loungers, plus an upper terrace accessed from the second bedroom. The main floor combines a living room with television, dining area and kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven and a small island with stools. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A laundry room provides a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a main-floor toilet without a shower.

Stairs lead to a second living room and three bedrooms. The first has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, space for a cot and high chair, and an en-suite shower bathroom. The second has a double bed, air conditioning, a chest of drawers, clothes hanger and access to the upper terrace. The third has a single bed, clothes hanger and chest of drawers. A separate upstairs bathroom has a bathtub. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

The centre of Sa Pobla is a few metres away, with bars and restaurants and a Sunday market selling fruit, vegetables and local produce. Northern beaches, including Son Serra de Marina, Playas de Muro and Can Picafort, are about 15 minutes away by car. Golf Pollença is 10 km away. The garage accommodates one car.
