House rules
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. No parties, venue use, smoking or pets. Pool and spa use ends at 10 pm. The garage is unavailable to guests. The home is a personal residence, so owner belongings may require storage space. Additional charges may apply for extra cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal.
Getting there
Walking and mountain-biking tracks, including access to the Barnicoat Track and Involution Trail, are virtually at the doorstep. Stoke, Richmond, Tahunanui Beach and Nelson City are within an easy drive; Sprig and Fern Marsden is within walking distance. The home is not suitable for children under 5.
