House rules

For stays of 30 days or longer, an €80 surcharge applies for non-responsible use of domestic services such as water, electricity and gas. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Guests must collect the keys at the Welcome Center in Lisbon and provide ID or passport information at check-in.

Getting there

The apartment is on the fifth floor; the building has a lift. The minimum rental period is one month.
