House rules
The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra fee of 80€ applies to cover domestic-service charges such as water, electricity and gas in cases of non-responsible use. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fourth floor, with a lift in the building. Keys must be collected at the Welcome Center in Lisbon.
