House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic identification before arrival. Park within the marked lines when using the parking space. Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than 30 days before check-in receives a 50% refund, subject to the full cancellation policy.
Getting there
The home has a central floating staircase and occupies multiple levels. A railway line runs behind the home, and occasional train sounds can be heard. The private street is gated and cobbled. The requested off-road parking space is small; oversized vehicles must park on Marlborough Road or elsewhere.
