The maximum overnight occupancy is 6 people. Events and shoots require homeowner approval; event meals may be arranged at an additional cost. Pool access for events requires homeowner approval, and additional charges or a refundable deposit may apply. Loud music for functions is permitted only during certain hours. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits with no corkage charges. Guests may access all areas of the villa but must not cross into neighbouring properties.
Getting there
The best way to reach the villa is by private car or taxi. Public-transport options include State Transport buses, Karjat station and travel via the closest airport, Mumbai.
