The maximum overnight occupancy is 9 guests, including extra guests. Driver accommodation is not available. Children are welcome, alcohol is allowed, and meals are available at additional charges. Government-approved photo IDs showing residential addresses are required for all adults at check-in. Events and photo or film shoots require the home owner's approval; additional charges and a refundable deposit may apply. Loud music for functions is permitted only during certain hours. Guests must obtain any other permissions required for shoots or functions.
