The lounge, dining area and master bedroom have ocean views. The apartment has modern furnishings, reverse-cycle air conditioning and an outdoor deck/lawn area with outdoor seating. Mollymook Golf Club, its Beachside Course and local cafes are across the road.

The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and toaster, with dishes and silverware. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a second TV; bedroom 2 has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, shower chair and assist bars.

Bed linen, towels, blankets, doonas and pillows are supplied; bring your own beach towels. A communal laundry in the apartment complex has a washing machine and clothes dryer. Wi-Fi is not available. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome.

Mollymook Beach is directly across the road, with a ramp across the road for wheelchair beach access. The bathroom entrance has a very small step, and steps connect the balcony to the grassed area. The front entrance and second-bedroom entrance are each 75 cm wide; the bathroom entrance is 76 cm wide. A shower chair and bathroom assist bars are provided. Boat parking is not permitted.

Pets and parties are not permitted. Guests must be over 21 when booking. Schoolies, bucks and hens party bookings will be cancelled. All guests must comply with the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation. A mandatory pre-authorisation form must be completed before access instructions are provided. Bring your own beach towels.
