House rules
No pets and no smoking. Saturday check-in and checkout. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Do not operate the elevator if its locking system is malfunctioning, it makes unusual sounds or the ride seems abnormal; do not attempt repairs. Gas fireplaces are available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31, 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31, 2027. Beach Cabana Plus provides two umbrellas and six beach chairs April 26–September 25, 2026 and April 25–September 24, 2027. Five beach chairs are also listed as a home amenity. Pine Island Racquet and Fitness Center access carries a small fee.
Getting there
Oceanfront with a private beach walkway with steps. An elevator serves all three levels, but steps or thresholds may be required for access; elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant. One Level 1 king ensuite has handicap-friendly features.
